Mental health can cover a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, work burnout, grief/loss, life transitions, trauma, and more. 

During the pandemic, your mental health may have suffered. It is normal to have an increase in anxiety/stress and low mood. You also might be experiencing grief due to various losses and changes in life.

When life gets difficult, it is normal to struggle and end up using unhealthy ways of coping, such as emotional eating. If you have a history of mental health concerns and/or trauma, you may be impacted even more.
